Hash House A Go Go is serving up pancakes with a purpose during National Pancake Week, Monday, February 16 through Sunday, February 22, 2026. In honor of the annual pancake celebration, a portion of all flapjacks sold at Hash House A Go Go locations will be donated to The Hundley Foundation, helping support families affected by epilepsy and other disabilities.
National Pancake Week has long been a guest favorite at Hash House A Go Go, known for its oversized portions and twisted farm food. This year’s celebration adds an extra layer of meaning, giving guests the opportunity to give back while enjoying the restaurant’s signature pancakes, including Blueberry, Snickers, Brown Sugar Banana, Lemon Glaze, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Roll, classic Buttermilk, and the new Red Velvet Pancake, which will debut as the Flapjack of the Month for February.
Smile Drop in Partnership with Sunrise Children’s Hospital
Smile Drop is a signature outreach program of the Hundley Foundation designed to brighten the days of children facing medical challenges and difficult life circumstances. Through Smile Drop, we deliver thoughtfully curated care packages filled with comforting, fun, and inspiring items that bring joy, encouragement, and a sense of being seen and supported.
Each Smile Drop package may include items such as stuffed animals, art supplies, blankets, LEGO sets, toys, books, and gift cards—carefully selected to meet the emotional and practical needs of children and their families. These packages are personally delivered by Hundley Foundation volunteers to hospitals, treatment centers, and families in underserved communities.
Smile Drop goes beyond gifts. It represents hope, compassion, and community. For children navigating illness, disability, or hardship, receiving a Smile Drop reminds them that they are not alone—and that their smiles matter.
Through community partnerships, donor support, and dedicated volunteers, Smile Drop continues to create meaningful moments of joy while strengthening families and uplifting children when they need it most.
