Hundley Foundation Fatherhood Program with Eisner Health
The presence of a nurturing and attentive father has a profound impact on the health and well-being of a child. But, becoming a responsible father is not easy, especially if you did not have a positive male role model growing up.
This is why the Hundley Foundation created the Hundley Fatherhood Program at Eisner Health. It is a FREE and CONFIDENTIAL 12-week program for fathers, stepfathers, relative caregivers and foster parents of children of any age. During this class, you will meet other dads, learn how to communicate with your children, appropriate activities and community resources available to you and your kids.
There is a new session in English or Spanish starting every three months.

“Thankful for You” Event with EMU
“Thankful For You” is a two-part event in honor of the Eastern Michigan University campus community and surrounding areas to promote a sense of togetherness and thankfulness during the season of giving. Each year, community organizations receive more than 1,000 Thanksgiving meals from this event.
Community members can choose from two free meal options. During the drive-through event, University and Hundley Foundation officials and volunteers provide meal kits serving up to six people. During the in-person event, guests enjoy a traditional, sit-down Thanksgiving meal featuring favorites such as brown sugar glazed ham, classic dressing stuffing, and cranberry relish. The event also showcases a band performance, holiday-cooking demo, raffles, canned food drive, and more.
